City of Boston Municipal ID Feasibility Study

For the City of Boston, Triage assessed the feasibility of developing a citywide municipal ID. The Triage study assessed demand for the ID card, identified desirable capabilities, provided design for required technology infrastructure, and detailed steps and processes for program implementation.
