DC Department of Motor Vehicles Website Overhaul

Triage overhauled the DC DMV website. Results included better information delivery and user experience, improved user “friendliness,” a refreshed visual look and feel, and verified Section 508 (accessibility) compliance. Improvement opportunities were identified via structured studies including a needs assessment, voice of citizen website analysis, site click analysis, Plain Writing Act content review, and Section 508 compliance review.
