Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care ICD-10 Code Set Replacement

As part of the Project Management Support Team for the VA ICD-10 Remediation Program, Triage assisted in development work to remediate and upgrade VA electronic health record software. This enabled the VA to utilize the new ICD-10 CM and PCS codes in the nationwide transition from ICD-9 to ICD-10.
