To meet the DC Attorney General’s need for modernizing its child support enforcement system, Triage conducted a feasibility study to evaluate system options and identify the best solution. Functional and technical requirements were specified, an Advance Planning Document (APD) for a federal funding application was produced, and an RFP was drafted to solicit bids for system development and implementation.
